A Thinking of You Card for a Friend

Good morning all.  I have a friend that just underwent a liver transplant and happily, is doing really well.  (Thinking of you Brian, and sending prayers.)  I wanted to send him a card and one of the cards we just did at my class seemed masculine enough to use.  I changed one of the colors to blue and I think it looks great. 

 

I used stamps from Sparkle and Sprinkle set #316, Elements and Black embossing powder.  The center is what I called a "tile" and is done by embossing over and over again on a piece of tagboard or matt board, then stamping inside that piece with silver metallic pigment ink.  The background is one image stamped 7 times with versamark ink and then embossed. 

A silver Spellbinders circle and pearl stickers in the corners finish it off.  Hope you enjoy.
